What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 lb. ground beef
1 jar (16 oz.) TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
1-3/4 cups water
2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Let's Make It
Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet.
Stir in salsa and water. Bring to boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 8 to 10 min. or until macaroni is tender.
Add VELVEETA; cook until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly.
Serve with a mixed green salad for added color and texture.
Add 1-1/2 tsp. ground cumin for extra flavor.
Prepare as directed, using one of the following options: Substitute ground turkey for the ground beef. Or, substitute 2 pkg. (6 oz. each) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, chopped, for the browned ground beef.
