Mix crumbs and butter; press onto bottom and up side up 9-inch pie plate.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and creme de menthe with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping; pour into crust.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Top with chocolate curls, if desired. Makes 8 servings.
