Stir boiling water into dry gelatin in medium bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice cubes to juice to measure 1 cup. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice.
Refrigerate 10 min. or until slightly thickened. Stir in oranges.
Pour evenly into 4 dessert dishes or cups. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Store in refrigerator.
Substitute about 1 cup mixed fresh or frozen berries, such as strawberry slices, raspberries and blueberries, for the mandarin oranges. Then let the kids help out by choosing their favorite combination of JELL-O Gelatin and fruit juice flavors to go with the berries.
