This quick pasta dish is as simple as it is delicious, with chopped tomatoes, fresh basil and a grated Parmesan topping.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 5 servings
3 ripe tomatoes, chopped
1/3 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. rotini pasta, uncooked
3/4 cup KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping

Let's Make It
Mix tomatoes, basil, oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
Cook rotini as directed on package; drain.
Toss rotini with tomato mixture and grated topping. Serve immediately.
Tomato & Basil Pasta Salad
Prepare as directed, except rinse pasta with cold water after cooking. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Stir lightly before serving.
Substitute 1 tsp. dried basil leaves for fresh basil.
