2 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
2 cups BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
2 jars (5 oz. each) walnuts in syrup

Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray.

Prepare cake batter and bake in prepared pan as directed on package for 13x9-inch cake; cool completely. Use foil handles to transfer cake from pan to platter; discard foil.
