Heat oven to 350°F.
Place apples in 1-1/2-qt. shallow baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with marshmallows.
Mix flour, sugar and nutmeg in medium bowl; cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over marshmallows.
Bake 35 to 40 min. or until apples are tender. Cool slightly.
