For a potluck or big game night at home, this Cheesy Chili for a Crowd has everything it takes to thrill your crowd.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 12 servings
2 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans, rinsed
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1/2 cup water
3 Tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
4 cups hot cooked wagon wheel pasta

Let's Make It
Brown meat with onions in Dutch oven or stockpot on medium-high heat; drain.
Add beans, tomatoes, tomato paste, water and seasonings; mix well. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Add VELVEETA; cook 3 to 5 min. or until completely melted, stirring frequently. Stir in pasta.
Substitute other small shaped pasta, such as medium shells or elbow macaroni, for the wagon wheel pasta.
Serve topped with BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream, and pickled jalapeño slices.
