chopped fresh spinach leaves

sliced fresh mushrooms

Step 1

Heat oven to 375°F.

Step 2

Place fish, skin sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

Step 3

Combine remaining ingredients; spoon over fish.
