1/2 cup shredded cooked pork roast
1/4 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
2 Tbsp. green onion slices
2 corn tortilla s
1/4 cup salsa

Let's Make It
Mix meat, cheese and onions until well blended.
Spoon evenly onto tortillas; fold over tortillas to enclose filling.
Spray griddle or large skillet with cooking spray. Cook quesadillas 2 minutes on each side or until crisp and lightly browned on both sides. Serve with salsa.
Add chopped cilantro to the meat filling before spooning onto tortillas.
