Original recipe yields 24 servings
2 large onion s, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/3 cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp. HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. sugar

Let's Make It
Preheat grill to medium heat. Brush onion slices with oil. Grill 4 to 5 min. on each side or until tender. Coarsely chop; set aside.
Mix mustard, vinegar, parsley and sugar in medium bowl until well blended. Stir in onions.
Serve warm or chilled with grilled meats.
