Bake 30 to 35 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely.

Microwave remaining chocolate in medium microwaveable bowl 1 min.; stir until completely melted. Add cream cheese; beat with mixer until blended. Add jam and powdered sugar; mix well. Spread over brownie. Refrigerate 1 hour or until topping is firm before cutting into bars.
