What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 carrot, sliced
1 stalk celery, sliced
2 cans (14-1/2 oz. each) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
2 cups water
1 env. GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
2 cups cubed cooked turkey
1/2 cup farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked

Let's Make It
Heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onions, carrots and celery; cook 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir in broth, water and dressing mix. Bring to boil.
Add turkey and pasta; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 to 12 min. or until pasta is tender.
Use fun shapes of pasta, such as stars or alphabets. Smaller pastas may cook in a shorter time, so follow package directions for suggested cooking times.
Serve topped with KRAFT Shredded Cheese, KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese or coarsely crushed crackers.
