1/4 cup paprika (about 1 oz.)
2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. ground cumin
2 Tbsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
2 tsp. adobo seasoning
1 turkey (10 lb.), thawed if frozen
2 pkg. (6 oz. each) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Turkey

Let's Make It
Rinse turkey with cold water; pat dry. Rub seasoning mixture evenly onto turkey. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Bake turkey as directed on package.
Remove turkey from oven. Let stand a few minutes before carving. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing mixes as directed on packages.
Carve turkey. Serve with stuffing.
Rubbing the turkey with the seasoning mixture 1 hour before cooking helps to intensify the seasoned flavor of the cooked turkey.
