What You Need
Original recipe yields 28 servings
1 red pepper, chopped
3 green onion s, sliced
2 tsp. olive oil
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
2 cans (6 oz. each) crabmeat, drained
1 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 375°F.
Cook peppers and onions in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat until pepper are crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Spoon into 1-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 25 to 30 min. or until heated through.
Garnish with additional chopped red peppers and green onion slices.
Serve with crackers or cut-up fresh vegetables
