What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1 pkg. (10 oz.) torn salad greens
2 kiwi, peeled, sliced
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup cantaloupe chunks
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion s
1/2 cup KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing
24 woven wheat crackers

Heat greased grill to medium-high heat.
Grill chicken 10 min. on each side or until done (165ºF), turning and brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce. Cut into strips.
Cover 4 salad plates with greens; top with fruit, onions and chicken. Drizzle with dressing.
Serve with crackers.
Substitute blueberries, strawberries or blackberries for the raspberries.
Brush French bread slices with KRAFT French Dressing. Add to grill during last few minutes of chicken grilling time. Grill until lightly browned on both sides. Serve with salad.
