Coat chicken with 1/2 cup of the salsa in shallow dish or resealable plastic bag; cover. Refrigerate 15 minutes to marinate.
Preheat broiler. Drain chicken; discard marinade. Place chicken on rack of broiler pan. Broil, 4 to 6 inches from heat, for 7 to 9 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through, turning and brushing occasionally with the remaining 1/2 cup salsa and topping with the Singles during the last few minutes of the chicken broiling time.
Serve with rice.
Cover and refrigerate any leftover chicken. Cut into strips, then reheat in the microwave just before serving. Spoon onto 6-inch flour tortillas, then wrap up and enjoy!
