What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 pkg. (4 oz.) crumbled feta cheese
3 cups chopped cucumber
1 cup chopped red onion
1 cup chopped tomato, drained
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
6 whole wheat pita breads, halved
Let's Make It
Mix all ingredients except bread.
Spoon about 1/2 cup of the cheese mixture into each pita bread half.
