Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
Add pasta sauce and 2 cups water; mix well. Bring to boil; reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in pasta. Cover; cook 15 minutes or until pasta is tender.
Stir in ricotta cheese. Cover; cook an additional 5 minutes. Stir in half of the mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese; cover. Let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Substitute ground turkey or crumbled Italian sausage for the ground beef.
Cheesy Spaghetti Skillet
Prepare as directed, substituting 8 oz. spaghetti, broken in half, for the rotini pasta and increasing the pasta cooking time to 20 minutes before stirring in the ricotta cheese.
Prepare as directed, stirring 1 envelope (1-1/4 oz.) TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix into the browned meat before adding the pasta sauce and water.
