You may have heard tofu takes on just about any flavor it's paired with. And this is true for chocolate, too! Behold our Healthy Living mousse!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
1/3 cup fat-free milk
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 pkg. (12.3 oz.) lite silken tofu, drained
1 cup JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme
3 cups sliced strawberries

Let's Make It
Place chocolate and milk in microwavable bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) 2 minutes, stirring after each minute. Add cocoa powder; mix well.
Pour chocolate mixture into blender container. Add tofu; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour into large bowl. Add marshmallow creme; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Cover.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until chilled. Top each serving with 1/2 cup strawberries.
Substitute sliced bananas for strawberries.
