It's a spicy chick'n salad even your vegetarian friends could like—thanks to veggie patties instead of actual chicken!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 2 servings
2 frozen BOCA Spicy Chik’n Veggie Patties
3 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite CATALINA Dressing
1 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
2 tsp. sesame seed, toasted
6 cups torn leaf lettuce
1/2 cup drained canned mandarin oranges
1/4 cup shredded purple cabbage
2 green onions, sliced
2 Tbsp. chow mein noodles

Let's Make It
Cook patties as directed on package; cut into strips.
Mix dressing, teriyaki sauce and sesame seed.
Place lettuce on 2 plates; top with remaining ingredients. Drizzle with dressing mixture.
If watching sodium, reduce both the dressing to 2 Tbsp. and the teriyaki sauce to 2 tsp. for a savings of 230mg of sodium per serving.
How to Toast Sesame Seed
Cook and stir sesame seed in small nonstick skillet on medium heat 2 to 3 min. or until lightly browned.
Substitute seedless grape halves for the mandarin oranges.
