Original recipe yields 2 servings
2 medium croissants, split, lightly toasted
2 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
2 eggs, scrambled
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 slices OSCAR MAYER Fully Cooked Bacon

Let's Make It
Spread cut surfaces of croissants with cream cheese spread.
Spoon eggs evenly onto bottom halves of croissants; sprinkle with pepper.
Cover each with 3 bacon slices and top half of croissant.
Serve with melon cubes, grapes and strawberries.
Prepare as directed, substituting 4 slices whole wheat bread, 2 bagels or 2 English muffins, toasted, for the toasted split croissants.
Prepare as directed, stirring sliced green onions or chopped fresh chives into scrambled eggs. Place 1 KRAFT Singles, 1 tomato slice and/or 1 lettuce leaf on bottom half of each croissant before topping with eggs.
