Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. large fresh shrimp, peeled, deveined
1 clove garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
4 cups hot cooked rice

Let's Make It
Cook and stir shrimp and garlic in butter in large skillet on medium-high heat 4 to 5 min. or until shrimp is pink and cooked through. Remove from heat.
Stir in wine and mustard. Return to heat; cook an additional 2 to 3 min. or until heated through. Remove from heat; stir in parsley. Serve over rice.
Serve with your favorite steamed vegetable and a crisp, mixed green salad.
For a whole grain alternative, serve over hot cooked brown rice.
