Cut gelatin into 1/2-inch cubes. Reserve 1 cup COOL WHIP for garnish. Layer blueberries, remaining COOL WHIP and gelatin in 8 dessert glasses. Top with reserved COOL WHIP.
Garnish with additional berries.
