1 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast s, cooked, cut into thin strips
1/2 cup thin matchlike carrot sticks
1/2 cup red bell pepper strips
1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts

Mix peanut butter, sugar and crushed pepper in small bowl until blended. Stir in dressing and soy sauce.
Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl.
Add dressing mixture; toss to coat.
