What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 Tbsp. oil
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
1-1/4 cups fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
2 cups small fresh broccoli florets
1/4 lb. (4 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Let's Make It
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165°F). Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.
Add broth to skillet. Bring to boil.
Stir in rice, broccoli and VELVEETA. Top with chicken; cover. Cook on low heat 5 min. Remove chicken from skillet. Stir rice mixture until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
Serve chicken with the rice mixture.
Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing.
Prepare using 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen broccoli florets.
Increase oil to 2 Tbsp. if using a regular skillet.
