Original recipe yields 32 servings
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
1 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
1/4 cup finely chopped red pepper s
2 green onion s, sliced
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Let's Make It
Mix cream cheese and feta with mixer until blended. Add next 3 ingredients; mix well.
Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
Shape into ball. Roll in parsley until evenly coated.
Serve with assorted crackers.

To intensify the flavor and crunch of the walnuts, toast them before use. Just spread them onto a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 5 to 7 minutes or until lightly toasted.
Holiday Feta Cheese Mold: Prepare cheese mixture as directed. Line 4-cup mold with plastic wrap; spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle with parsley. Fill mold with cheese mixture and refrigerate as directed. Just before serving, unmold onto serving plate; remove plastic wrap. Garnish as desired. Holiday Feta Cheese Wreath: Prepare cheese mixture and refrigerate as directed. Place drinking glass, about 3 inches in diameter, in center of serving platter. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls cheese mixture around glass, just touching outer edge of glass to form ring; smooth top and side with spatula. Remove glass. Garnish with parsley and red bell peppers.
