What could be easier than marinating chicken breasts in salad dressing? Nothing. That's why we love this recipe. And it's perfect for grilled chicken.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 cup KRAFT VIVA Italian Dressing, divided
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)

Let's Make It
Pour 3/4 cup of the dressing over chicken; cover.
Refrigerate at least 30 min. to marinate. Drain; discard marinade.
Preheat greased grill to medium heat. Grill chicken 7 to 9 min. on each side or until cooked through, turning and brushing occasionally with the remaining 1/4 cup dressing.
Serve with 1/2 cup of your favorite cooked pasta and a serving of sauteed vegetables.
Suggested Marinating Times
Chicken - 30 min. to 1 hour; Beef - 4 hours or overnight; Fish or Vegetables - 30 min. to 1 hour.
Substitute 1 lb. steak, fish or vegetables for the chicken. Marinate as directed. Grill steak, fish or vegetables on greased grill on medium heat 7 to 9 min. on each side or until meat and vegetables are done, turning and brushing occasionally with the remaining 1/4 cup dressing. Steak is done when it is cooked through, fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork and vegetables are done when crisp-tender.
