What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg, lightly beaten
1-1/4 cups water
3/4 cup milk
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1-1/2 cups instant potato flakes
3 oz. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
2 KRAFT Singles

Let's Make It
Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix meat, barbecue sauce, bread crumbs and egg. Shape into loaf in 12x8-inch baking dish.
Bake 55 minutes. Meanwhile, bring water to boil in medium saucepan. Add milk, butter and salt; stir in potato flakes. Add cream cheese; stir until completely melted.
Spread potato mixture over meatloaf; top with Singles. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until Singles begin to melt.
Serve with a steamed green vegetable, such as green beans, and a whole wheat roll.
Substitute ground turkey for the ground beef.
Garnish with chopped fresh chives just before serving.
