Perfect for a holiday salad or dessert, this sparkling cranberry gelatin mold is loaded with grapes and mandarin oranges.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 9 servings
2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. (8-serving size) JELL-O Cranberry Flavor Gelatin, or any other red flavor
1-1/2 cups cold ginger ale
2 cups halved green and/or red seedless grapes
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained

Let's Make It
Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in ginger ale. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression).
Add fruit; stir gently until well blended. Spoon into 6-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.

How to Unmold Gelatin
Dip mold in warm water for about 15 sec. Gently pull gelatin from around edges with moist fingers. Place moistened serving plate on top of mold. Invert mold and plate. Holding mold and plate together, shake slightly to loosen. Gently remove mold and center gelatin on plate.
Substitute carbonated lemon-lime beverage or cold water for the ginger ale.
