Let's Make It
Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding the broccoli to the boiling water for the last 3 min.
Meanwhile, heat 1/4 cup dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 8 min. or until done, stirring frequently.
Drain pasta mixture; place in large bowl. Add chicken, tomatoes, cheese and remaining dressing; mix lightly.
Freezing Chicken in Convenient Portions
If you frequently use boneless skinless chicken breasts in recipes, package them for the freezer in recipe-size portions. For best results, freeze the chicken as soon as possible after purchasing it. Wrap it tightly in plastic wrap, then in heavy-duty foil. Label and date each package to help keep track of the storage time.
Keeping it Safe
Store broccoli, tightly wrapped, in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Choose deep green bunches with tightly closed buds and crisp leaves.
Pasta is available in a variety of shapes, sizes, colors and forms. Most purchased pasta is dry, but refrigerated (fresh) and frozen pasta are increasingly more available. For dry pasta, look for few broken pieces and even coloring. For fresh and frozen pasta, look for even coloring, no dry spots and properly formed shapes (no spillage of filled pastas). Fresh and frozen pasta will carry a "best buy" date on the package.
