1 cup ricotta cheese
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix spinach, cheeses, eggs and nutmeg. Pour into pastry shell.
