What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. (1-1/4 oz.) TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix
2 cups water
2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 large tomato, chopped

Let's Make It
Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
Add seasoning mix and water; stir. Bring to boil.
Stir in rice. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Simmer on low heat 5 min. Top with lettuce and tomatoes just before serving.
Prepare using extra-lean ground beef and KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese.
No need to use serving utensils. Serve with tortilla chips instead of forks!
