What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 env. (0.7 oz.) GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
4 skinless salmon fillets (1 lb.)

Let's Make It
Mix first 3 ingredients until blended; pour over fish in shallow dish. Turn to evenly coat both sides of each fillet.
Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
Heat greased grill to medium heat. Drain fish; discard marinade.
Grill fish 6 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Serve this zesty fish with a mixed green salad, and your favorite hot steamed fresh vegetable.
Substitute lemon or lime juice for the orange juice.
Add 3 Tbsp. vodka to orange juice mixture before using to marinate the salmon as directed. Please use alcohol responsibly.
