Feta cheese adds Greek flair to this easy summer salad. Tomato, orange and cheese slices are topped with fresh basil and balsamic vinaigrette.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
4 large tomatoes, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
4 navel orange s, peeled, cut crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick slices
1 pkg. (8 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Feta Cheese, cut into 1/8-inch-thick slices
2/3 cup loosely packed small fresh basil
1/4 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp. HEINZ Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper

Let's Make It
Arrange tomatoes, oranges and cheese alternately on platter.
Sprinkle with basil.
Mix remaining ingredients until blended; drizzle over salad.
Substitute 8 large fresh basil leaves for the 2/3 cup small basil leaves. Arrange on platter before topping with tomatoes, oranges and cheese. Drizzle with oil mixture as directed.
