We made the topping for this quick broccoli polonaise from hard-cooked eggs, Parmesan and STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix—just to make it extra easy.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
4 cups small broccoli florets
1 cup STOVE TOP Everyday Stuffing Mix for Chicken
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Cook broccoli in boiling water in saucepan 5 to 10 min. or until crisp-tender.
Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients.
Drain broccoli; spoon into serving dish. Top with stuffing mixture; cover. Let stand 5 min.
Enjoy a serving of this vegetable dish at your next summer get-together along with a serving of your favorite grilled lean meat.
Substitute cauliflower florets, or 1 lb. zucchini, sliced, for the broccoli.
Cook broccoli as directed; spoon into casserole. Combine stuffing mix, eggs, butter and cheese; spoon over broccoli. Refrigerate. When ready to serve, bake, uncovered, in 350°F oven 10 min. or until heated through.
