What You Need
Original recipe yields 5 servings
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
2 Tbsp. oil
1 pkt. (1.4 oz.) TACO BELL® Fajita Seasoning Mix
1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
1 medium onion, sliced
1/3 cup water
10 flour tortillas (6 inch)
2/3 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa

Let's Make It
Cook and stir chicken in hot oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 minutes. Add seasoning mix, green pepper, onion and water; mix well. Reduce heat to medium; cook and stir 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender.
Place tortillas on microwavable plate; cover lightly with plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute.
Spoon chicken mixture evenly onto tortillas; top with salsa. Roll up.
Serve with hot cooked rice and TACO BELL® Refried Beans.
Substitute boneless beef sirloin, cut into thin strips, for the chicken.
Reduce oil to 1 tablespoon. Substitute 5 OSCAR MAYER Wieners, cut in half lengthwise, for the chicken.
