1 can (14 1/2 oz.) black beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
4 medium size Roma tomatoes, diced
1 container Kraft Santa Fe Blend Cooking Creme

Boil pasta in salted boiling water until cooked to al dente.
Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in 10" skillet and saute chicken on med. high heat until done. Remove from pan. Add remaining 2 Tbsp. of oil and add vegetables in following order: red pepper, onion, corn. Saute on med. high heat until onions are translucent (approx. 3 minutes). Stir in black beans, cilantro and tomatoes and remove from heat.
Drain pasta and place in Dutch oven or large bowl. Mix in chicken, vegetables and Santa Fe Blend Cooking Creme and mix well. Serve hot.
