Rinse off the chicken thighs. Peel off the fat (optional). Grease a cookie sheet with butter or Pam. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Coat the chicken thighs with mayo. Rub the thighs on both sides with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, minced onions seasoning, and parmesan cheese.
Place chicken in the oven and cook for about 20 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. Add extra parmesan cheese (optional).
Cook pasta for 20 minutes. Drain pasta, and heat sauce for 10 minutes. Fry, boil, or steam broccoli. Finally, throw in the broccoli with the Alfredo and put all of this on a plate together. Add basil or cilantro on top (optional).
