6 slices 7 grain or whole wheat bread, cubed and crusts cut off
2 apples, sliced and corded
1/2 cup raisins
1 1/2 cups egg substitute
1/2 tsp cinnamon extract
1/2 cup almond milk
Pam Baker's Spray or other spray

Preheat toaster oven or regular oven to 375°F. Spray 8x8 or 6x4 pan.

Toss bread, apples, and raisins in one bowl. Whisk egg substitute, cinnamon extract, and almond milk in another bowl. Pour over bread mixture. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake for approx. 20-30 minutes until eggs are puffy and set. Serve warm with flavor of choice of coffee creamer poured over. ENJOY!
