cups 2 to 2-1/2 fresh OR frozen blueberries, mashed
1 small package low fat vanilla pudding mix
8 oz Light or Fat Free Cool Whip, thawed
Additional blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, or strawberries for topping

Let's Make It
Cut angel food cake in thirds horizontally. In medium mixing bowl combine blueberries, pudding mix and 2/3 of Cool Whip, mix just till combine.
Place bottom cake layer on serving plate, top with 1/3 of blueberry mixture; top with 2nd cake layer and 1/3 of blueberry mix. Top with final cake layer and remaining blueberry mixture. Add additional berries.
Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Cut into serving pieces using a serrated knife.
