Preheat oven to 350°F. In a skillet brown Italian sausage until it crumbles and is no longer pink, drain. Add onion, bell pepper, olives, garlic and tomato sauce and cook 5 min. Cut biscuits into fourths and stir into meat mixture.
Transfer into a 9x13 in baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Bake for 25 min, sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 10 min or until biscuits are done.
