Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 3/4 sticks butter, divided
3 tablespoon flour
cups 2 to 4 milk or cream
Salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg
1 block Vermont sharp cheddar grated cheese
1 box pasta
Lobster
6 slices American cheese
1 1/2 sleeve s Ritz Crackers

In a sauce pan at low heat melt 3/4 stick of butter. Combine with flour and mix well. Add milk/cream bring to a slight boil.

Add salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg. Add cheddar cheese. Cook at low to med temp stir till well combined.

Cook pasta as directed on box. Once cooked, drain then add cheese mixture and lobster (as much lobster as you want).

Pour in baking pan. Place American cheese slices on top. Combine crushed crackers with 1 stick of butter. Add mixture of crackers on top of slices cheese.

Cook at 350°F for 45 min.
