Let's Make It
Cut chicken breast into 1x1 cubes and saute in olive oil until cooked thoroughly. Drain if necessary and chill.
Cook pasta until still slightly firm. Rinse with very cold water, drain and chill.
Toss well chilled pasta and additional ingredients EXCEPT dressing and chicken. Add chilled/cooled chicken and THEN the balsamic dressing (usually 3/4 to all of the bottle). Incorporate well without crushing the pasta.
