Original recipe yields 1 serving
3 grilled chicken filets
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onions
1 small pkg. toasted sunflower seeds
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup cottage cheese
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp dried parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Chicken and poultry seasoning to taste
1 cup broccoli, chopped
2 cups grated Kraft Cheddar Cheese
1 sleeve Ritz Crackers
1/2 stick butter

Let's Make It

Grease 8x8 pan. Combine all but the last 4 ingredients.

Place in casserole dish. Top with broccoli then grated cheese, and then Ritz Crackers. Drizzle melted butter over all.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
