Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 (1 lb.) spaghetti squash
1 small sweet onion
1 Tbsp fresh garlic
1/4 cup chopped parsley (fresh)
1/2 cup PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE - CREAM CHEESE - 1/3 LESS FAT
2 cups Kraft natural cheese shreds - italian five cheese
1 Tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Roast the spaghetti squash whole in the oven at 375 degrees F for one hour; let cool.

Remove seeds with a spoon; take a fork and begin to remove the fiber-like squash from the rind.

Sautee onions and garlic on medium heat; add the squash and fresh parsley; let cook for 5-10 minutes.

Add cream cheese and shredded cheeses. Add butter. Add salt and pepper to taste.
