Cook and cube chicken breasts. Add seasoning to taste.
On four of the flour tortillas, place a 1/4 cup of cheese and 1/2 chicken breast. Place another tortilla on top (making 4 total).
Put into a frying pan and cook on one side. When the bottom is brown, cook other side until brown. Cheese should be melted. Take out of frying pan and each quesadilla into fours. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
