Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 package fresh mushrooms
1 package fresh spinach
Dash of lemon juice
1 Tbsp olive oil
2-3 Tbsp Kraft Sandwich Shop Horseradish Dijon Mayonnaise
1- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
1 package oven bake croissants

De-stem the mushrooms and spinach, and chop them into small pieces. Cook them in a pan on medium heat with lemon juice and olive oil for around 10-14 min until cooked, stirring occasionally.

Mix mayonnaise and shredded cheese into mushroom and spinach mixture.

Roll out your croissants, and spoon a Tbsp. of spinach mixture into each croissant, then roll up. Sprinkle any extra shredded cheese and parmesan cheese onto tops of croissants.

Bake as directed on croissant package.
