8 cups peeled, cut up plums
1 cup water
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 pkg pectin
7 1/2 cups sugar

Boil plums, water, lemon juice and cinnamon for 10 min.

Add pectin. Boil hard 1 minute.

Skim. Add sugar. Boil 25 minutes or until gel stage.

Pour into hot, prepared jars; adjust caps; process ten minutes.
