Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 box (2 count) refrigerated pie crusts
2 cups creamy gravy (1 packet gravy mix to make)
2 cups mixed frozen veggies (thawed out & your choice)
3-4 cups cooked chicken (cut into bite sized pieces)
1 block cream cheese
2 cups of cheddar cheese (optional: separate into 2 separate cups)
10 potatoes, cooked and mashed

Line two 8 inch pie dishes with refrigerated pie crusts. In mixing bowl combine prepared gravy, thawed veggies, chicken pieces, and melted cream cheese.

Evenly spread mixture into both pie plates. Spread cheddar cheese over top of the filling. Top with mashed potatoes.

Cook on top rack of oven for about 30 minutes or until edges of crust are a golden brown.
