1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into chunks
Montreal chicken seasoning
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
Your choice of bread
Sliced provolone or mozzarella cheese (optional)

Let's Make It
Cook bacon until crispy, but not burnt. Remove bacon from pan and set aside on a paper towel.
Season chicken to taste with Montreal chicken seasoning, then cook in the same pan as the bacon, until done (the bacon grease, if you used pork bacon, gives the chicken a nice flavor). Add barbecue sauce to the chicken and stir to coat chicken evenly.
Use a fork, or a food processor, to shred the chicken. Crumble bacon into the chicken mixture and mix well.
Build your sandwich with your bread, cheese, ranch dressing, etc.
